He co-founded an AV rated firm in North Orange County in 1980 and acted for 15 years, specialized in Municipal Law, Real Estate Law and Land Use Law.  His skill set allowed him to start a solo practice in 2008 where he acquired a state wide reputation in marijuana law.  Since entering practice, he has tried hundreds of cases over  real estate and business transactions.  He holds the highest rating by Martindale Hubbell, which is the most respected attorney peer review rating organization in the world. Our primary focus is on delivering a high level of service at a reasonable price.  Usually, legal service can be covered by the broker's commission and paid through escrow.  Very few brokers are willing to give up part of their commission to hire a lawyer when in high dollar transactions, a certain amount of their commission can and should go to pay for legal advice and guidance. The advantage that we bring to the table of any real estate transaction is the highest level of training along with our extensive experience that enables us to provide due diligence - and our willingness to work hard.  

Our expertise in the legal aspects of real estate  transactions along with an in depth knowledge of the our fiduciary duties as a broker and a lawyer insures that the client will be treated with the utmost care.  Our experience will insure that the transaction will close with minimum risk and no surprises. Finally, we try and fit the cost of our service into the commission structure.  The costs of some of our service may be in addition to the commission, which is  disclosed to the client well in advance.
